Between Brittany and Poitou-Charentes, you will not fail to have a break in this splendid corner of France which are the Countries of the Loire. A gastronomical stay in the Country-of-the-Loire will enable you to discover the specialities of this superb area. We cannot start this tour without speaking of Guérande salt-water and its marshes.
