Apple Pie

- 250g Stronghold flour,
- 125g Butter,
- 1 soup spoon of orange blossom water
- 1kg Cooking apple, peeled, cored and finely sliced,
- 125g Caster sugar,
- 10cl Armagnac,
- 1 pinch of salt,
- 1/2 glass of water,
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
Progression
Sprinkle the apples with the vanilla sugar, the Armagnac and the orange blossom water. Stir. Roll out the dough one more time and fold it in three thirds. Repeat this operation 6 more times with a 10 minutes resting period between each turns.
Line a buttered mold with some of the dough, place the apples in the center, then cover with the rest of the dough sealing the edges. Cook in a medium oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle your pie with the sugar a soon as it comes out of the oven.
