Little Milk Buns

Recipe for 12 buns :
- 190g Strong white flour
- 15g Baking powder
- 75g Soft butter
- 12 cl whole milk
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 3g table salt

2) Start your oven at 190'C (374'F).
3) Dust a clean surface with some flour and make 12 parts in your dough. Roll them in small, long buns. Then, place them on a baking tray. Make an egg wash with egg yolk and some water and coat your buns with it.
4) Bake them for 11 minutes.
With this quick recipe you will be able to garnish them with all sorts of things such as savoury tuna and ratatouille, cheese or sweet ones such as compote, jam, chocolate spread etc.
