Bonjour,
Je ne trouve pas la recette du rôti de boeuf au gros sel. Il n'y a pas de cuisson au four, le rôti doit rester au réfrigérateur 48h (je ne suis pas sûre de la durée) et cuire ainsi.
Merci de me donner des précisions.
