Un ami chasseur m'a donné 3 morceaux de rouelle de cerf(800+700+500 gr)congelée,comment puis je les cuisiner pour noel,en ais je assez pour 9 convives?
Une rectte simple et qui peux se faire a l'avance me comblerait!!!
