Le homard surgelé a t-il sa tête. Y a t-il le corail. Peut-on faire un homard sauce americaine ou armoricaine ? Merci de votre réponse. Si vous avez une recette.

Non pas de sauce américaine(aucun gout) avec ce genre de homard et puis c'est un peu une tombola pour savoir s'il est bien plein
