j'ai un gigot d'agneau de 1kg 990 que je voudrais cuire au tourne broche combien de temps de cuisson merci de me répondre nous l'aimons assez cuit et non rosé MERCI et bonnes paques

Moi chef Français je trouve que cuire un gigot a point est dommageable mais bon(sourires)
