Ingredients
- 100 gr of melted cheese
- 12 brik sheets
- 200 gr of ground beef
- 200 gr of cooked chicken
- 50 gr of melted butter
- 1/2 glass of thick sour cream
- 5 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 spoon of finely chopped parsley
- Salt pepper
- 1/2 glass of oil
1 Mix the chicken and ground meat, add the parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
2 On the other hand, heat the sour cream in a pan and add the cheese cut into small pieces, and let it melt over low heat.
3 Add the eggs and mix everything very well.
4 Put a sheet of brik on a silicone mold preferably buttered, then put the 2 meats, then the cream with eggs and cheese, and close the brik sheet, coat it with melted butter and bake for 30 min, remove it from the molds.
And enjoy it very hot. As an appetizer with a bowl of chorba.
