Ingredients for 6 servings
- 6 cod fillets
- 50 g (1.75 oz) butter
- 3 carrots
- 2 turnips
- 3 leek whites
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 1 lime
- 2 glasses of dry white wine
- salt
- white pepper
1 cut your vegetables into fine julienne (batons) and cook them in steam (or in boiling water) for a few minutes.
2 butter six beautiful sheets of aluminum foil and place on each a mixture of your vegetables.
3 preheat your oven to 200° th7-8.
4 then place a fillet of cod seasoned with a knob of butter on top and parsley.
5 drizzle with white wine and a few drops of lime.
6 close each aluminum foil sheet in a perfectly airtight manner.
7 cooking 10 minutes in the oven.
Serve on plates and let your guests open their cod en papillote...
