How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.
2.2 lb (1 kg) white fish fillet (cut somewhat thick)
5 very red and juicy tomatoes (not soft)
cilantro finely minced (at least 3 tablespoons)
White onion (1 large onion)
Juice from 1/4.4 lb (2 KG) of lime (juicy)
Olive oil
Green chili pepper (to taste) I add 3 finely minced
Salt
Pepper
Step-by-step directions
1 Cut the fillets into cubes
2 Salt and pepper. Pour lime juice over and let cook in the fridge.
3 When the fish is nice and white add the diced tomatoes and tomato juice, onion, chili pepper and cilantro. Mix. Add a drizzle of olive oil or to your taste. I add quite a bit.
4 Put in the fridge until serving time.
5 In Mexico we enjoy it on small salted crackers (as an appetizer) and with a nice cold beer. BUEN PROVECHO!!!

1 kg of fish for 4 people? the proportion is for 6 and besides good ceviches are practically impossible to make in France (products).
