Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 kg white fish fillet (cut somewhat thick)
- 5 very red and juicy tomatoes (not soft)
- cilantro finely minced (at least 3 tablespoons)
- White onion (1 large onion)
- Juice from 1/2 KG of lime (juicy)
- Olive oil
- Green chili pepper (to taste) I add 3 finely minced
- Salt
- Pepper
