Ingredients for 6 servings
- 2 blanched veal feet cut into 5 cm slices
- 250 g chickpeas
- 100 g raisins
- 4 cloves garlic degerminated and chopped
- 2 large onions thinly sliced
- 250 g tomatoes well ripened
- a little parsley thyme and bay leaf (in a small cloth)
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- salt pepper according to taste
- 1 tablespoon of ras el hanout
