  • 3 egg whites
  • 5.25 oz (150 gr) icing sugar

  • 1.4 oz (40 gr) caster sugar
  • 1 spoon of cocoa powder
For the pastry cream:
  • 2.1 cups (500 ml) milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 3 yolks + 1 whole
  • 4.25 oz (120 gr) sugar
  • 1.75 oz (50 gr) flour
