- 1 bunch basil sliced ( keep some for decoration )
- 6 tablespoons tomato paste
- chili powder (for decoration)
- 250 ml (1.1 cups) vegetable broth
- 12 sheets fresh lasagna noodles (no pre-cooking)
- 200 ml (0.8 cup) liquid crème fraîche
- 100 g (3.5 oz) grated gouda (or gruyère)
- Salt, ground pepper
