Step-by-step directions
Melt the chocolate.
In a bowl, incorporate the egg yolks and sugar.
Then, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add them gently to the mixture using a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours.
Arrange crumbled ladyfingers and diced pears at the bottom of the serving glasses.
Cover with the chocolate mousse.
Decorate with pear slices.

This recipe lacks a bit of sharpness, the milk chocolate and pears are the cause. Add diced grapefruit to it, for example.
