Does anyone know what book I can buy that will have the recipe for Tournedos Rossini in please? I want to buy a book for a friend that loves this recipe.

I do not know any book in English that details this recipe. However, if you cannot find it please tell because the recipe is in French in the aftouch-cuisine site and I can translate it for you

get this book larousse gastronomique isbn 0-600-32390 it has all the famous dishes from a to z their history and the recipes this book is every chefs bible
You are right : the Larousse Gastronomique IS a bible. First edition is very old but the book is renewed/updated periodiccally : did you get an English version of it ?
