I can't see anywhere on this site that tells us where we can buy the smoked french garlic in the USA. Does anyone know? Thanks

As you know, smoked garlic is a specialty of Arleux, a town in the North of France.
You can find the list (with contact details) of the producers on http://www.arleux.fr
Then, click on "La Ville" then on "Ail Fumé d'Arleux".
It may be (?) that some of them (I am not sure the market is worth exporting ?)exports to the US ... Good luck
