Ingredients
- 250 g milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 130 g butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 250 g crushed dry biscuits (such as petit-beurre)
- 200 g roughly chopped hazelnuts
- 60 g shredded coconut
1 Melt in a saucepan placed in a bain-marie, the chocolate broken into small pieces, honey, butter and milk. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
2/ incorporate the chopped biscuits, hazelnuts and coconut. Pour everything into a bowl and let it set.
3/ Form balls, place them in the freezer for 10 minutes then coat them with chopped almonds, crushed pistachios or coconut.
Place in paper cases
Note:
Hazelnuts and almonds can be replaced with peanuts.
