- 3 bowls of water
- (if you have poultry broth it's even better)
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 good tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet pepper (paprika)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of butter + a little oil
