Brick pastry sheets are very thin and cook quickly in a pan. Here we fill them with shredded tuna and a raw egg that we'll deep fry. Result: the white sets, the yolk stays runny. Sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds, it's a classic Mediterranean dish.
