Brick pastry sheets are very thin and cook quickly in a pan. Here we fill them with shredded tuna and a raw egg that we'll deep fry. Result: the white sets, the yolk stays runny. Sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds, it's a classic Mediterranean dish.

- 1 can (4/4) of tuna in water
- 8 eggs
- 2.1 oz (60 g) butter
- 0.4 cup (10 cl) olive oil
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
