- 7 oz (200 g) ground beef
- 7 oz (200 g) cooked chicken
- 1.75 oz (50 g) melted butter
- 1/2 glass thick crème fraîche
- 5 eggs
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 glass oil
