1 Mix the chicken and ground meat, add the parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2 In a separate pan, heat the crème fraîche and add the cheese cut into small pieces, then let it melt over low heat.
3 Add the eggs and mix everything together well.
4 Place a brik sheet on a buttered silicone mold if possible, then add the two meats, then the creamy egg and cheese sauce, and close the brik sheet. Brush it with melted butter and bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the molds.
5 Enjoy hot as a starter with a bowl of chorba.
A good recipe that should be delicious. I have two remarks about this recipe: I feel it lacks a little seasoning to enhance the flavor, such as black pepper, cumin, or paprika.
