  • 3 egg yolks
  • 15g (0.5 oz) flour and 15g (0.5 oz) corn flour
  • 50g (1.75 oz) caster sugar
  • 30g (1.1 oz) bitter cocoa powder
For the chocolate ganache
  • 110g (3.9 oz) dark cooking chocolate broken into small pieces.
  • 110g (3.9 oz) double cream
  • 35g (1.25 oz) butter, cut in small parcels
Some icing sugar and few Christmas decorations.
