  • 8.75 oz (250 g) of firm mirabelle plums cut in half and pitted
  • 12.25 oz (350 g) of bright green snow peas
  • 8 new onions peeled keeping a bit of green
Gastrique:

  • 4 sugar cubes 1.7 fl oz (5 cl) of orange juice (optional)
