Ingredients for 2 servings
- 25 cl of vanilla soy milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp of agave syrup
- 1 g of agar agar
- For the chocolate mousse
- 25 cl of chocolate rice milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp of agave syrup
- 1 g of agar agar
For the white mousse:
Put everything in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour into tall glasses then cool and store in the fridge for 2 hours.
For the chocolate mousse:
Put everything in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Take the glass with the white mousse and pour over it.
Cool and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
