Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 beautiful skinless free-range chicken breasts.
- 1 garden zucchini
- 50 g of fresh raw fava beans, peeled
- 150 g of small chanterelles wiped and just trimmed
- 1 garlic clove peeled and sliced into thin strips
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- for the marinade
- 10 cl of prune juice
- 1 large spoonful of honey (chestnut if you can find it)
- a little veal or poultry stock.
- 1 sprig of sage.
