Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 package of gnocchi of 8.75 oz (250 gr)
- 1 medium can of tomato sauce
- 1.75 oz (50 g) of gruyère
- 0.7 oz (20 g) parmesan
- salt
- butter
- pepper
- Herbs of Provence
1 Heat a large pot of salted water until boiling.
2 Plunge the gnocchi into it as soon as it boils, let cook for 1 minute.
3 Drain the gnocchi.
4 Meanwhile, put the tomato sauce in the pot as well as a knob of butter, salt and pepper, sprinkle with Herbs of Provence and parmesan.
5 Add the gnocchi that you will have covered with grated gruyère.
6 Cook for a small minute over medium heat and mixing well.
Serve with a green salad.
