- 4 stalks of celery, peeled and diced-up
- 6 cloves garlic, cored and crushed
- 1 non-treated lemon, sliced in 6
- 1.5kg (3.25 lb) tomatoes, peeled, seeded and quartered
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 3cl (1 fl oz) white wine alcohol
