melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
in a bowl, pour the cream and whisk it to aerate after adding the sucralose. reserve in the cold.
soften the gelatin in ice water and drain it.
whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
remove the melted chocolate from the double boiler and add the gelatin. mix.
fold in the cream with a spatula, then the egg whites. mix well.
spoon into 4 cups. distribute the chocolate chips on each one.
