Ingredients for 6 servings
- 200 g (7 oz) of Toblerone
- 20 cl (0.8 cup) of whole liquid crème fraîche
- 75 g (2.6 oz) of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
1 Melt the Toblerone with a little water to prevent it from burning in a saucepan.
2 When the chocolate is melted, incorporate the egg yolk off the heat
3 Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the chocolate when it has cooled slightly
4 Beat the crème fraîche into whipped cream with a robot, when it starts to become thick add the powdered sugar
5 Put the chocolate mousse into glasses
6 Put the whipped cream in a piping bag, I use my Tupperware decoration ball (I am very well equipped Tupperware)
7 Put the whipped cream on top of the mousse and decorate
