This is a very old recipe that is very pleasant, especially when the first cold weather appears. Here is Estelle, one of my granddaughters, giving it a try.
Ingredients for 6 servings
Omelette with blood sausage for 6 people:
- 9 eggs
- 8.75 oz (250 gr) of farmhouse black pudding (crushed with a fork after removing the skin)
- 1 apple (Calville for example) peeled, cored and cut into small dice
- 1 onion finely sliced
- salt, ground pepper, butter
