Ingredients for 4 servings
- 8 extra fresh eggs (0 or organic)
- 1 bunch of very young Swiss chard* (about fifteen cm tall with fine ribs of 2 to 3 cm)
- thyme (lemon thyme if possible)
- 25 cl of liquid cream (30%)
- 70 g of freshly grated Parmesan
- 50 g of Pancetta sliced and sautéed for 1 minute
- salt pepper and nutmeg
