Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 can of tuna in natural juice
- 1 can of peaches in natural juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Step-by-step recipe
1 Drain the peaches and tuna.
2 Mix the drained tuna with the mayonnaise.
3 Then fill the peach halves with this mixture and serve chilled.

For me this recipe is a bit bland, I would add a little Espelette pepper to the tuna, and I would use fresh peaches that are not too ripe or firm apricot halves.
