Ingredients for 5 servings

- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- a little butter and oil
- 25 large slices of beef carpaccio
- 2 to 3 tomatoes
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves
- +/- 5 to 6 tbsp of oxo or equivalent Maggi flavor seasoning (I do it by eye)
- a little cold water (I do it by eye)
- the juice of one lime
- 10 small rolls or two baguettes
- sauce of your choice (for me aioli)
