- cut into wheels 2 to 3 cm thick
- 120 g (4.25 oz) of organic bean sprouts rinsed in clear water
- 30 g (1.1 oz) of organic soy beans or broad beans
- 60 g (2.1 oz) of Lomo* cut into very thin slices
- 2 cloves of garlic with germs removed and sliced into thin slices
- lemon thyme flowers (if possible)
- olive oil and a knob of butter
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- soy sauce
