Ingredients for 4 servings
- 12 squid tubes
- 1 spicy chorizo
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 Peel the onions and garlic cloves.
2/ In a food processor put the onions, garlic, olive oil. Mix everything together.
3/ Cut the tips of the squid tubes.
4/ Open the squid tubes in half and lay flat on a board.
5/ Spread the mixed preparation on the squid. Roll the squid and close with a toothpick at each end.
6/ Heat the griddle and cook the squid rolls, turning them on all sides.
Serve hot with a green salad.
Pass your seasoned squid tips on the griddle
they will serve as appetizers for the aperitif.
