Spaghetti with MY Bolognese rich and flavorful
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 8.75 oz (250 g) of lean ground meat without fat.
- 5 large ripe tomatoes.
- 1 chopped onion.
- chopped parsley.
- 1 garlic clove.
- oregano, herbs of Provence and a bay leaf.
- salt.
- 1/2 tsp of pepper.
- 1/2 tsp of ginger.
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
- 1 tsp of sweet paprika.
- a little ground nutmeg.
- one beef bouillon cube.
- tomato paste.
- one spoonful of sugar.
- 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 of table oil.
Step-by-step recipe
1 In a saucepan, add the oil, add the ground meat + onion + garlic and salt, let cook a bit while stirring,
2 when the meat changes color, add pepper + ginger + cinnamon + parsley + nutmeg; let cook a bit more before adding the tomato sauce, always stirring.
3 cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds, grate them, then add oregano + 1/2 bouillon cube + one spoonful of tomato paste, paprika, a bay leaf, sugar and a very little water (4 tbsp +or-) pour over the ground meat mixture and mix well and let cook on low heat.
4 Cook pasta of your choice, garnish with grated cheese "for pasta" and herbs of Provence.
