Ingredients for 6 servings
- Spaghetti with chanterelles for 4 to 6 people:
- 500 g (17.75 oz) fresh spaghetti
- 1 small red bell pepper cut into fine mirepoix (small squares)
- 1 medium zucchini (cut the same way)
- 200 g (7 oz) chanterelles just wiped clean
- 1 garlic clove degermed and chopped
- 1 spoon chopped flat parsley (or basil)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt pepper from the mill (or Espelette powder)
