  • Spaghetti with chanterelles for 4 to 6 people:
  • 500 g (17.75 oz) fresh spaghetti
  • 1 small red bell pepper cut into fine mirepoix (small squares)
  • 1 medium zucchini (cut the same way)
  • 200 g (7 oz) chanterelles just wiped clean
  • 1 garlic clove degermed and chopped
  • 1 spoon chopped flat parsley (or basil)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt pepper from the mill (or Espelette powder)
