Ingredients for 4 servings
- 500 g (17.75 oz) fresh tortellinis (to your taste),
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 400 g (14 oz) mozzarella,
- 1 jar of asparagus,
- 50 cl (2.1 cups) fresh cream, 3 tablespoons of curry,
- parsley salt, freshly ground pepper
1 Cook the tortellinis as indicated on the package.
2 Cut the tomatoes, mozzarella and asparagus (drained) into small pieces.
3 Mix the fresh cream and curry, season to taste.
4 In each ramekin arrange tortellinis, tomatoes, mozzarella, asparagus then cover with cream.
Bake in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 190°C (375°F) (gas mark 6/7).
The asparagus and tomatoes add moisture to the dish, as oven cooking tends to dry out food
