Ingredients
- 250 grs of cheddar per person
- 1 can of blonde beer
- 1 slice of sandwich bread per person
- 1 half slice of white ham per person
- 1 fried egg per person
- one tablespoon of fresh cream
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- one teaspoon of mustard
cut the cheddar into cubes then melt it in 25 cl of beer and mustard, stir constantly.
when the cheese is liquid add the fresh cream and pepper.
pour the cheese into a deep plate on the sandwich bread and ham.
then place the plate in a hot oven to brown the cheese, remove from oven and add the fried egg.
serve with fries and beer.
