Ingredients for 5 servings
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 10 Gruyère cubes
- 10 mozzarella balls
- 1 half bell pepper
- 2 turkey cutlets
Cook the turkey meat in a pan.
Once cooked, cut shapes with a cookie cutter.
Cut Gruyère cubes and pieces of bell peppers.
Skewer the turkey, tomatoes, peppers, mozzarella on skewer sticks.
Quickly pass over the barbecue to lightly melt the mozzarella and Gruyère.
You can also make skewers with pineapple cubes, bananas... for the sweet version
