Ingredients for 6 servings
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 10 cl oil
- 12.5 cl milk
- 100 g grated emmental
- 100 g grated dried goat cheese
- 200 g nettles
1- Rinse the nettles thoroughly and strip the leaves. Drain and set aside.
2- Mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, oil, milk, salt and pepper until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
3- Then add the grated goat cheese and emmental.
4- Finally add the nettle leaves.
5- Pour this batter into a cake mold then bake for 50 minutes at 180°C.
(Check the cooking with a knife whose blade must come out dry)
