Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 g white flour
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 1/2 glass olive oil
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 leek, sliced
- 1 merguez
- 50 g saucisson
- 60 g chorizo
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with crème fraîche, oil and white wine. Add the flours and baking powder, mix well and incorporate the leek, merguez, saucisson and chorizo. Once the mixture is well combined, put the batter in a loaf pan (silicone for me) and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove, unmold and let cool, eat lukewarm or cold with a good salad.
