For about sixty cakes
  • 370 g whole wheat flour
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 10 cl warm milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g honey
  • 80 g sliced almonds
  • 50 g candied orange peel cut into small dice (or chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons of mixed 4 spices
  • 1 teaspoon of green anise
For the glaze:
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 4 cl water
