1- Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder
2- Add the almonds and oranges
3- Mix the milk and honey in a bowl - Pour this mixture onto the dough
4- Mix to obtain a homogeneous dough and form a ball
5- Cut a sheet of parchment paper the size of your baking sheet
6- Roll out the dough on the parchment paper with a rolling pin: approximately 1 cm thick
7- Cut the edges to obtain a roughly square (or rectangular) shape
8- Place the dough on the baking sheet and set aside
9- Preheat the oven to 180 °C
10- Bake for 15 minutes
11- After cooking, let the spiced bread cool
12- Preheat the oven to 210 °C
13- Prepare the glaze by mixing the icing sugar and water
14- Brush the glaze onto the cake
15- Bake again for 3 minutes
16- Let cool and cut the spiced bread into squares
