Ingredients for 4 servings
- 150 g of flour + 100 g of cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of liquid pistachio flavoring
- 2 tablespoons of water (if the batter is too thick)
- 100 g of chocolate
- 20 cl of thick heavy cream
Mix the flour + cornstarch + eggs + milk little by little. Add the tablespoon of liquid pistachio.
Let rest for 1 hour.
Cook your crêpes.
For the chocolate cream:
Boil your cream and add the chopped chocolate. That's all there is to it. Your cream is ready. Fill your crêpe with the chocolate cream.
