Ingredients
- 1 beautiful ripe pineapple.
- 2 beautiful ripe mangoes.
- 6 teaspoons of vanilla sugar.
- 100 grs of flour.
- 100 grs of soft butter diced.
- 75 grs of brown sugar.
- 50 grs of shredded coconut.
Preheat the oven to 200°c.
Wash and peel the fruits.
Cut the mango into large slices and then into cubes.
Do the same with the pineapple after removing the central part.
Mix with the vanilla sugar and half of the coconut and divide into 6 baking dishes. Set aside.
Prepare the crumble:
In a bowl mix with your fingertips the flour, sugar, and butter to obtain a crumbly mixture, add the remaining coconut and do the same briefly.
Divide among the 6 baking dishes and bake until golden brown.
Eat it lukewarm but it can also be eaten cold.
A way to get children to eat fruit.
In summer I serve it hot with a scoop of coconut or vanilla ice cream.
Enjoy your meal
