Ingredients

  • For approximately 20 galettes.
  • 250 g of flour.
  • 250 g of soft butter.
  • 250 g of fine sugar or brown sugar (muscovado).
  • 5 whole eggs.
vanilla extract.
  • 1 galette iron.
  • 1 galette fork.
  • 1 cooling rack.
spread (optional).Small variations:

  • I add instead of vanilla a few drops of bitter almond extract and 50 g of ground almonds. or
  • a few slices of jonagold apples (1 large apple.) or
  • chocolate chips that resist cooking.
