How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).

150 to 8.75 oz (250 g) of chicken strips per person
1 Boursin garlic and herbs AND/OR 1 tomato and herbs depending on the sauce desired
red, yellow, green bell peppers
0.4 cup (10 cl) of white wine
0.4 cup (10 cl) of poultry broth made with half water half milk
1 bouquet garni
3 carrots
1 onion
1 head of garlic
parsley for garnish
Step-by-step directions
Peel and deseed the peppers. Cut into cubes. Cut the carrots into slices and mince the onion. Cook in a pot. Remove. Brown the chicken strips in the same pot and cover with carrots/onions and add garlic and peppers. Pour white wine over and let reduce. Add the broth and bouquet garni. When the chicken strips are well cooked, add the softened Boursin. Be careful not to boil. Mix and garnish with parsley.
