- 150 to 250 g (8.75 oz) of chicken strips per person
- 1 Boursin garlic and herbs AND/OR 1 tomato and herbs depending on the sauce desired
- red, yellow, green bell peppers
- 10 cl (0.4 cup) of white wine
- 10 cl (0.4 cup) of poultry broth made with half water half milk
- 1 bouquet garni
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 head of garlic
- parsley for garnish
