  • 3 whole eggs and 2 yolks
  • 15 cl (0.6 cup) fish stock (prepared)
  • 40 g (1.4 oz) pumpkin flesh cut into brunoise (small cubes)
  • 1 pinch of lemon thyme flowers if possible
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, a pinch of turmeric and ground pepper
