Almond and coconut bites: 250 g of ground almonds, 250 g of shredded coconut, 4 eggs beaten with 200 g of sugar until doubled in volume. Baking powder, vanilla sugar, then 15 minutes at 180 °C. You'll get small golden balls, coated with icing sugar, to enjoy warm with a nice mint tea.
