Ingredients for 2 servings
- 5 farm eggs
- 20 g of very good butter
- a beautiful Albenque black truffle, julienned with 2 beautiful slices kept for presentation
- 6 cl of liquid cream (30%)
- 2 slices of country bread, toasted and lightly garlic rubbed, cut into croutons
- salt and Timut pepper from the mill (if possible)
