Step-by-step directions
1 Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients.
2 Using a fork, prick the duck breasts and score the fatty part of them, before placing them in a shallow dish.
3 Pour the marinade over the duck breasts and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, turning them from time to time.
4 Cook the duck breasts in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, basting them with marinade during cooking.
5 Serve the duck breasts, sliced thinly, with Cantonese rice.
